Welcome to the HMOs in High Heels site. My name is Tracey Woods and I am passionate about helping other women, just like me, change their lives using HMO property investments as a cash generating business.
As a woman, who has built up a personal HMO portfolio, and then continued to do the same for other investors as a handsfree investment model, I appreciate that there are a few things that can stand in a woman's way when it comes to starting, and being successful in business and property investing.
My trainings are ALL ONLINE, giving you the freedom to watch and learn when it suits you, fitting in around your job, children and other business commitments too.

Tracey will personally come to your HMO project and help you plan any conversion/refurbishment works, adhere to all regulations for the area etc
Sometimes there is nothing better than having me on site, at your project, to go through the plan; what you will be changing, how you will adhere to all the regulations you need to, and just be there to help with getting your HMO in High Heels up and running as quickly as possible.
